Buying or selling a home is a complex process with significant financial stakes,  involving multiple legal documents, legal contingencies, specialized inspections, interactions with tradespeople, difficult negotiations and -more often than not- personal feelings and emotional attachments.  I have done if hundreds of times, learned many ways of overcoming obstacles and problems and developed valuable relations with other professionals and specialists that may also have to be involved and contribute. 

My geographic area of focus tends to be Tolland County and its towns and communities.  I have done many transactions beyond that area and continue to do so as right-fit opportunities present, but Tolland County is where I focus most of my attention. As a result, according to MLS data for 2010 and year to date 2011 I am the top Realtor in Tolland County in terms of number of closed sales.  Working with me as my client and benefiting from my experience and relationships will not cost any more than using an inexperienced or out of area agent.  Why would anyone want to do that?

    • Enhance the basic listing marketing with as many pictures as specific websites support including my company's (prudentialct.com), realtor.com, zillow.com and many many others
    • My success allows me to invest in my business: I purchase premium features on several key real estate sites that allow me to offer broader and better exposure to my listings
    • Monitor the market on an ongoing basis and review possible actions with you
    • Conduct tour for my office's agents and Open Houses for buyers
