Beyond the must-have basics of a good presentation: clean, uncluttered, things organized and in their proper place, there is a huge difference between seeing a huge, empty and cold room and one that looks nice, feels warm, is cheerful and invites you to linger and enjoy. Just a few pieces of furniture and some well-placed inexpensive appointments will add warmth and will transform any room into a room that buyers can picture themselves anjoying when they live there.

Look at the same room, doesn't it look more inviting? it took less than $200.00 to add a sofa cover, some pictures, a plant and a colorful rug to transform this area. This home was on the market for 7 months without an offer, after staging, it took 7 days to get an acceptable offer. The homeowner was delighted and she actually enjoyed the things we bought and used them in her next home.
