A resident of Tolland since 1983, I am a FULL TIME RealtorŪ and a university graduate with more than 20 years of experience.  Throughout my career in real estate, I have focused on my customers by first getting to know and understand their priorities and drivers and then working with them on the appropriate strategy for buying or selling a home. 

 

Since real estate is a full time career for me I have consistently demonstrated my ability to dedicate the time to service my clients needs, while continuously learning about new marketing approaches and innovative technologies and applying them for the benefit of my clients. Referrals from past clients, are a big part of my ongoing business success and one of my greatest sources of personal satisfaction. My success has also made me a regular recipient of multiple awards and recognitions such as the Prudential Real Estate Network's President's Circle award. This award is granted to top performing sales executives who are in the the top 3% of sales professionals/teams in all of North America. 

Based on 2010 Multiple Listing Service data, I am the agent that sold the most homes in the town of Tolland and in Tolland County. Among other awards I am also the recipient of a Realtor.com Marketing Excellence Award;  this award program was created to recognize top real estate agents across the country who consistently provide great marketing services on behalf of their buyers and sellers. Such agents distinguish themselves by doing more for their customers: by displaying more photos, crafting better descriptions or adding a full motion video, more attention is brought to the unique selling attributes of a home. The goal is to make the home stand out in  a "sea-of" competing properties and ultimately to help attract more qualified buyers looking for just such a property.
